Welcome to the Cornhill Crafts website. I work mostly with natural dyes on wool and occasionally silk, inspired by the colours and textures of Northumberland and the Scottish Borders.
Many of the dyes come from plants grown in my own garden or gathered from the lanes and river banks around my home near the Northumberland National Park.
Workshops and short courses are offered in the use of natural dyes, weaving and felt making often using local and rare breed fleece.
